Ascensia Bayer Contour Glucosemeter for measuring the glucose. This is the developed version of the Bayer Contour blood glucose meter. The meter has been adapted and meets the stricter European safety requirements EN ISO 15197:2015 but works exactly in the way you are familiar with and works with the same test strips. The only visible difference is the color. Previously you may have had a blue/purple/orange or green Contour. The new CONTOUR meter is only available in black .
You will have results within 5 seconds with only 0.6 microliters of blood. If too little blood has been added, a signal is given. The multipulse function ensures accuracy, tests each sample 7 times and thus ensures accurate measurement results, even with small blood samples. Accuracy is not affected by common interfering substances* No Coding technology eliminates the need to manually enter a code before testing. This prevents many errors caused by incorrect coding.
